When one studies Music in CEGEP and University, it is mandatory to learn Piano as a secondary instrument. Having been fortunate enough to have fallen in love with the piano at an early age, my progression was natural, into adulthood. Having performed with a variety of many people, when you study with me, you will not only be getting academic knowledge, but you’ll receive Real World experience teaching, as well.
So why learn piano? It’s fun, relaxing, and challenging for the brain. You can also see the full spectrum of tones, simply, which helps with composition, arranging and orchestration.
I teach many styles, from Classical to Jazz to Pop.
You will learn how to read music and see those notes and chords on your instrument.
